Aerial Yoga Level 2

This intermediate-level class blends yoga with acrobatic movement using aerial silks, with an emphasis on flowing sequences.
Pre-requisites required — must be comfortable with inversions.

🧘‍♀️ Helpful Reminders:
• Please remove jewelry and cover or remove sharp piercings to protect the silks.
• Form-fitting clothing (pants and sleeved tops) is recommended for comfort and safety.
