Reflexology Courses
Reflexology is a natural, holistic therapy that honors the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit. By working with reflex points on the feet, this practice promotes deep relaxation, enhances circulation, supports organ function, and encourages the body’s natural detoxification processes.
All courses include a Certificate of Completion upon successful fulfillment of instruction and practicum requirements. These certificates meet the foundational standards set by the Reflexology Association of BC (RABC) and may be used toward recognition as an Approved Reflexology Practitioner.
Our Foundational Reflexology Courses follow the Viva Holistic Methodology, developed by Frances Birdsell of Viva Holistic Healing in Terrace, BC. This methodology is certified by both the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC) and the RABC. Courses are led by RABC Teacher Trainees Claudia Ruel and Melissa Rioux.
